Every order we receive typically leaves our warehouse in 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a text message, email, and WhatsApp from us at the moment of shipping the item with information on the delivery partner and tracking ID, which may be used to follow your order. Please be aware that we cannot change the address once we have received and processed your transaction. Please be aware that while we will try our best to update the address and assist you, this is not a guaranteed service. In these circumstances, we can attempt to submit a request with our delivery partner, but their final execution depends on them. Therefore, we advise you to contact us immediately if you think your address or pin code is incorrect or wish to modify it. We'll do our best to assist you.
To ensure your jewellery's seamless and prompt delivery, we collaborate with all of India's top logistical partners. If your order is verified, it could take us up to 48 hours to ship it. Most deliveries take 3 to 7 business days to complete once your order has left our warehouse (depending on your location).
We sincerely apologize, but we do not accept returns after 7 days. However, if that happens, our Warranty Policy will cover you. If there are any problems with the product, such as fading, you can contact us to claim a warranty, and we will assist you by replacing your product with a new one.
No, you must send the entire set back to us in the case of sets. We will then send you a brand-new set that meets your preferences.
You have 7 days from the time you get your item to request a return under our 7-day return policy. Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packing to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

We go to great lengths to ensure the pictures on our website accurately depict how our jewellery appears. However, because of lighting, specific designs could appear somewhat different. Please email us at hello@kickyandperky.com if you believe that your jewellery doesn't match the image you have in mind for it.
Regarding delivering our jewellery, we partner with some top logistics providers. We can request a specific day or time for delivery from one of our delivery partners, but please be aware that this is not a guaranteed service. Also, our delivery partners cannot make deliveries on Sundays.
We ask that you kindly ask your neighbor to pick up the order on your behalf if you cannot pick it up yourself. If this is not possible, you can request that the Delivery Executive deliver your order the next day. Please be aware that this service is not guaranteed and depends on how you communicate with the delivery executive.
