Returns and Refunds Policy

 

At Kicky & Perky, we strive to deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. However, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a clear and simple returns and refunds process.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, giving you 7 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Packaging: It must include all original tags and be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  2. Return Address: Once approved, returns should be sent to: 4/A, PEETA NO. 34 A, TONK ROAD, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302033, India
  3. Return Label and Instructions: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send back your item.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

International Orders

Please note that returns are not applicable for international orders.

Damages and Issues

We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise.

  • If your item is damageddefective, or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@kickyandperky.com.
  • Our team will promptly assess the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Exchanges

If you need a different item, the fastest way to proceed is:

  1. Initiate a Return: Return the item you currently have by following the steps above.
  2. Place a New Order: Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds quickly and efficiently.

Approval Process

  • After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Bank Processing Time

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than7 business dayshave passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@kickyandperky.com, and we’ll assist you.
