Shipping Policy

At Kicky & Perky, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered swiftly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and terms:

Processing and Dispatch

Orders Placed Monday to Friday: Orders received by 10:30 AM IST will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.
Prepaid Orders Priority: Prepaid orders are given priority for faster processing.

Delivery Timelines

Within India:

Tier 1 Cities: Delivery within 1–3 working days from the dispatch date.
Tier 2 Cities: Delivery within 3–5 working days from the dispatch date.
Tier 3 Cities: Delivery within 3–7 working days from the dispatch date.

International Shipping:

To the US, UK, Canada, and Australia: Delivery within 8–12 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available in India Only: COD is not available for international orders.
COD Fee: A ₹1 fee is applicable on all COD orders within India.

Special Services

48-Hour Delivery:
- Available only for Prepaid Orders in eligible regions.
- Not applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Important Notes

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet the delivery timelines shared, delays may occur due to unforeseen issues with our delivery partners or other external factors. Kicky & Perky is not liable for such delays.
Holiday Periods: We do not process or ship orders on public holidays. Delays may also occur during these times.
Last Delivery Dates: For time-sensitive orders, please ensure they are placed by the last delivery dates communicated for the respective campaign or promotion.
